Hello to all in the village.
My grandfather was Patrick Pierce, son of Thomas and Ellen (Hebert) Pierce and, I believe, nephew of Ambrose, who once owned the pub called Parkers. He married Mary Ellen Lynch and they raised five kids in Worcester, MA.
Kilflynn -- and Pay Wynne, my cousin -- is featured at the end of Hard To Forget: An Alzheimer's Story, which was published in 2000.
Hi Michael excellent production keep up the good work
Congratulations to Sheila O' Connor who won Monica'O' Neills lady Captain's prize at a windswept Ballyheigue Castle course on Saturday July 28th.
Hello Sonny and Mary Leen of Lower Rea Kilflyn,
I hope this message finds you and your family well. Please send my regards to Colette and her family. My Girls are getting big now. The eldest, Megan (16 yrs) is looking at going to college in Ireland. They all wish we had never moved back to the States. Anyway All the Best, from your relatives in the Sates...
Best wishes to all in Kilflynn. My Mom grew up in the village. Spent many summers there with my late Aunt
Gillia Twomey
My Mum Ann O'Connor Healy recently celebrated her 80th Birthday.
Am related to Loughnane's and Broders from Kilflynn
and O'Connor's From Ferry Bridge Ballyduff.
My grandfather Dennis O'Connor was postman in Kilflynn in the olden days. Not sure what years, perhaps someone can fill me in on that.
